Set in the owners' grounds in the countryside near Talgarreg, this terraced cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
The Stable is a welcoming terraced cottage in a group with two other holiday properties and the owners' home, in a rural location close to Talgarreg, near Llandysul. The bedrooms - a double and a twin - offer comfortable family accommodation, and there is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The open plan living area is well equipped and cosy, with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, guests can relax on the patio or head to the shared lawn or games barn to use the play facilities including football net, swings, trikes, badminton and table tennis. There is off road parking for two cars. With both the coast and country easily reached, The Stable is a great base for families or friends.

Wall mounted electric heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared use of washing machine in utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, video, books/DVDs/videos/games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared bike storage. Private patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Shared lawned area with football net, swing and climbing frame. Shared games barn with table tennis, netball net, badminton and selection of small trikes. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Large unfenced fish pond in grounds, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Young children to be supervised in games barn. |
